ADCC Regional Results

Saturday Tracy and Amanda competed in the ADCC Regionals in Grand Rapids, Michigan.



Tracy won 2 matches by submission to take 2nd place. The competition was good with Tracy braving an epic 16 minute finals match.

Amanda won both of her matches by submission and earned an invite to Nationals.

JJM Seminar!!!!

Today Jean Jacques Machado taught a great seminar at the Academy! It is humbling and inspiring to be able to meet one of BJJ's best teachers/practitioners. For all JJM has achieved in his 36 years (you had to be there), he remains one of the nicest and down to earth people you will ever meet.
